The series is broken into different modules that explore the mechanics of hearing, hearing loss, prevention, communication techniques, and treatment options to help improve the quality of care you provide to your patients and residents.

Part 1. The Invisible Disability introduces you to the series by focusing on three main topic areas:
- Hearing health
- Science of hearing
- Causes of hearing loss
This course features progress tracking, videos, interactive content, test yourself activities, a hearing loss self-assessment, a hearing loss facility-assessment, graphics, and an opportunity to participate in a real-life hearing loss simulation.
